The Delivery Process:

  1. Choose a delivery option for your larger item at checkout. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item. All options will be displayed at checkout. You can learn more about our Large Item delivery options here.
  2. Your order is shipped from the warehouse. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is in transit.
  3. Your order is delivered to a Local White Glove Delivery Carrier. Your order is professionally transported with care by a Large Parcel carrier to a White Glove Delivery Carrier in your local area that specializes in professional residential furniture delivery and assembly.
  4. Schedule a delivery appointment. Upon receiving your order, the Local White Glove Delivery Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  5. Delivery Day. Please make sure to inspect your order upon delivery. If you have concerns regarding the condition or packaging or your item, simply describe the issue on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver, sign and accept your order and contact us for assistance.
